Schroeder’s Revenge

Schroeder, tired of doing yet another performance of the Moonlight Sonata (it’s always that or the occasional Vince Guaraldi tune…), rebels and takes off in a flurry of rhythmic activity.  However, the Moonlight Sonata keeps slipping back in… maybe this is Beethoven’s Revenge? Austrian pianist Isabel Ettenauer commissioned Schroeder’s Revenge (1998) and frequently tours Europe performing works for toy piano and other toy instruments.
